Sunrise at 1770 project was awarded the prestigious Silver Medal at the 2009 FIABCI Prix d’Excellence Awards for its advanced application of environmentally sustainable practices and luxury.

A 172 lot eco-village set on 120 hectares that included 4 km of pristine Queensland coastline.

Our services included establishing a nursery to propagate natural endemic vegetation, two major body corporate facilities, two major swimming pools, one children’s swimming pool, playgrounds, tennis courts, two fully furnished managers houses, a car wash, street signage and naming, eight barbeque pavilions, a luxury boat, all plantings, street lighting and entry statements.
