Integrity Fatigue & The Apple Tree
I was driving recently and noticed apple trees growing along the highway, scattered and unannounced, already beginning to show fruit as we move toward autumn. It stayed with me.
It brought me back to a story I placed in my own book, Fatima’s Alchemy: A Treasure to Behold, Story 123, The Apple Tree’s Golden Secret. In that story, the apple tree longs to become something else, believing that golden pears would make it more special.
What Value Cannot Hold ?
An essay explores devotion, exchange and the work that defies conventional definitions. She often found herself struggling to answer the question “what do you do for work” as she lacked a clear answer.
Part Two: The Cost of Belief Addendum On Reaction, Energy, and Control
Part Two: The Cost of Belief
On reaction, energy, and control
Often described as “loosh”.
Reaction is not neutral. Attention is not free.
The Cost of Belief: What Survives When Illusions Crack
The Cost of Belief: What Survives When Illusions Crack
This is not commentary. It is an observational essay on belief, language, power, and what remains when illusions fall away.
What we defend. What we ignore. What belief costs.
Walking Without A Map, After The Tools.
I wrote this in 2022, after a long period of internal consolidation rather than outward practice.
At the beginning, everything required a structure.
Books stacked beside the bed. Altars carefully arranged. Oils labelled, bowls tuned, cards shuffled with intent. Every tool promised access. Every method offered orientation. The invisible needed form, and form came from systems already walked by others. Nothing about this phase was naive. It was necessary. Without scaffolding, the sensitivity would have drowned in noise.
When the Light is, just another cage.
I wrote this in March 2025. I’m reposting it now because the dissonance it names has only intensified. What felt confronting then now feels unmistakable.
Energy Is Not Hierarchical
I wrote this in 2023. I’m reposting it now because conversations about energy, hierarchy, and authority have only become more distorted. What felt like quiet observation then now feels necessary to name.
Shadow work is difficult.
I originally wrote this in 2020. I’m reposting it now because the conversation around healing and trauma has become increasingly distorted. What was often avoided then is now being rushed, bypassed, or packaged into something palatable. This piece speaks to the deeper, less comfortable work that remains essential.
What is Abundance?
Abundance
Oct 6th 2023
I originally wrote this in October 2023. I’m reposting it now because the questions it raises feel even more urgent and visible. What once felt like a philosophical inquiry now feels like a lived reality unfolding around us.
March 2021 – When Illusion Began to Fracture
I originally wrote this in March 2021. I’ve felt called to repost it now, as it feels even more relevant and visible than it did then. What once felt subtle has become unmistakably clear. This is something I’ve been witnessing for a long time, and I’m sharing it again in the hope that it lands where it’s meant
Money, Markets, and the Psychology of Power
When pressure surpasses capacity, systems reveal their true nature. I explored money markets, households, and power, and explained why certainty feels like a stress response rather than insight at the moment.
The Nervous System of an Epoch After the Illusions Break at Zero Degrees The Saturn-Neptune Passage
Drawing from personal experience rather than theory or trends, this piece explores the physical and psychological toll of the past decade. It examines the current collective acceleration and what truly it takes to remain coherent amidst intensifying forces. This isn’t a prediction, reassurance or pop astrology. It delves into the body’s response to pressure, discernment in times of force, and the art of maintaining composure without burning out. If you’ve been feeling fatigued, disoriented, or quietly bracing beneath the surface, this essay is for you.
Read slowly and take breaks, letting your body guide you.
Living Inside the Contradiction
The final piece is not advice or instruction. It names a posture. What it actually looks like to remain coherent, intact, and internally anchored inside a system that rewards speed, performance, and simplification.
After the Contradiction
The second piece moves inward. It explores how this cultural tension quietly affects people over time. The fatigue, self-doubt, withdrawal, and erosion of integrity that occur when insight accumulates without support or permission to live differently.
The Great Contradiction
The Great This first piece names the pattern itself. The widening gap between what we say we value and what we reward, between awareness and lived capacity. It looks at why spectacle rises, why substance often disappears from view, and why this is not simply a moral failure but a structural one.
When Clarities Fail, and Nothing Feels Right Anymore
When Clarities Fail, and Nothing Feels Right Anymore
For those moments when insight collapses instead of sharpens, and nothing you know how to do restores alignment.
Burnout Is Not the Problem. Identity Fatigue Is.
Burnout Is Not the Problem. Identity Fatigue Is.
An exploration of why exhaustion often appears after an identity has been outgrown, not because you’ve failed
What Happens When Identity Stops Working?
What Happens When Identity Stops Working?
When the roles, strategies, and self-definitions that once held you together no longer do, and effort stops producing clarity.
