Soul Sobriety

Soul Sobriety

There’s a sickness in the world dressed up as light.

It speaks in soft tones.

It wraps itself in sage and stars and gentle mantras.

It says:

“You’re almost there.”

“Just heal a little more.”

Take another class. Another module. Another course.

Watch another workshop. Join another group.

Travel to attend.

Change your house.

Change your clothes.

Change your hair.

Feng shui your life.

Align your energy.

Be more spiritual. You’re too spiritual, you’re just foolish for believing it all.

Because we told you, we know.

Even though you still don’t know yourself

You’ve never met your authentic self.

Too afraid to show yourself,

Let alone see yourself.

You’ve only accepted the self others told you you are.

And never stopped to ask:

Why? Is it true? Who am I without the mask, the family, the story?

Who will sit with me without the stories I’ve been told I am?

What if I am nothing at all?

What if I am greater than it all?

Will I ever know — caught in a storm inside my head that cannot hear my heart?

Read your chart.

Your Human Design.

Your Enneagram.

Your birthdate numbers.

Then you’ll know.

But will you —

If you’ve never sat with yourself

Without a belief or method to lean on?

To face the raw, untold, you would seem no good at all,

Because others know what’s true when it comes to you.

Don’t they?

Do you?

Is this true of you?

Will you?

Do you dare to be true to yourself?

If you’ve never been dared to be honest and authentic with yourself

Only believing and parroting what others told you to perceive,

To explain away the pain.

So it must be you.

How could they be wrong when it comes to you?

What you’ve been taught — well, it must be true.

But how do you know it’s true?

Because they said so?

Because they know more than you?

But do they?

This is the question one must now start to ask…

Because deep under the layers of your heart

A truth you’ve perhaps never spoken or dared to know.

They say — and you must accept it, so they think. Because this is the system, this is the business.

“You’re the blockage.” You’re holding too much.

“Clean your energy.”

“Clear your story.”

“Let it go.”

Just go with the flow. You don’t need to exert yourself. When you let go, it all just happens, the universe will take care of it all…

Eat more fruit. No, don’t eat fruit; it contains too much sugar.

Detox harder. Clean your gut.

Be vegan. No, now you must eat only meat. Don't touch dairy or wheat.

Take more supplements. Meditate more. Move your body.

Workout harder. Have some Botox. Or Ozempic.

Try harder.

Create more.

You’re creating too much.

You’re trying too hard.

You’re too old.

You’re not old enough.

Too independent. Not independent enough.

Too needy. Too emotional. You overthink.

You need to read more. You read too much.

Too transparent. Too hidden. Too opinionated.

Or — you’re just too much.

You’re too spoiled. You’re out of touch.

Too poor. Too rich. You want too much.

You lost it all — now you must accept whatever you can get.

You’re not rich enough.

Downplay to fit in.

Stand out — you must look the part.

You charge too much.

You don’t charge enough.

Others charge less — you must measure yourself by the rest.

So what if you’ve got skills above the rest?

You can’t stand out from the crowd.

But you must shine.

And give your best.

Don’t sell yourself.

Don’t brag.

You must sell yourself.

Tell them who you are.

Tell them what you can do.

Set yourself apart. You are unique and genuine, and you possess exceptional skills in your field.

You write too much.

You don’t write enough.

You say too much.

You don’t say enough.

Keep searching, they say — and you’ll soon find.

But you’re still not enough.

You’ll never be enough.

They will always find something that is never fine.

You’ll hear it again and again:

“Clear your trauma.”

I have boundaries, you see. (Even though they told you they cared, you were invited to share, and that’s why you were there.) This leaves you cast into a mould, shut down, and afraid to speak unless it fits the framework that they must complete. Prefix- gaslighting, behold.

But — don’t tell me.

“I can’t hold that.”

“I’m not available for heaviness.” I don't want to see too much emotion. Be intelligent. Shut down the heart, I only want to hear your intellect, not your heart.

“I told you to be authentic — just not like that.” Keep it real. You’ll be fine.

It’s all an oxymoron.

And behind it all, behind the soft branding and rainbow words

Is a system just as brutal as capitalism?

You’re never enough.

You never arrive.

You must constantly be processing.

Still trying to understand why, in their eyes, you’re still not enough.

But the truth is:

It was never about them.

It never is. It’s only ever about you and how you see yourself. This is the actual test: not to betray yourself. Instead, you must find yourself for yourself and live from that place and nowhere else. Not in approval and not in a diagnosed story. The work is for you and your truth to see through the maze, decipher it, and find your essence, cutting through all the noise, so you don't believe everything you're told about yourself. To cut through the confusion that keeps you looping back for approval. Discerment. This is the valid key to knowing yourself.

So, I’m done with it all, and now it’s time for me to speak from the perspective of seeing how many have fallen for so many lies, drowning out the soul and integrity of it all. It’s all become a mass production, shaped just enough to seduce and operate within its entire construct.

So let me say this loud and clear:

This isn’t healing.

It’s a hamster wheel wrapped in moonlight. Not much is sincere.

The truth is, you’ll never truly measure up or heal whatever you’re trying to heal until you finally stop trying and start getting to know yourself.

Knowing yourself is all you’ll ever need.

And someone, just one, to witness you

As you are. From there, your confidence grows, allowing you to trust what you already know.

Truly. Honestly. Without a script.

Without an agenda. Without platitudes.

Just the pure, simple grace to let you face and see what must be faced.

Someone who knows how to sit amid fire and show you how to come out the other side, not cleaner, not shinier. But real.

This Is Not Spiritual Disillusionment

Let’s be clear: I’m not disillusioned.

I’m sober. Very sober, and I see through it all, currently playing out more than ever before. So, I have decided to express what most may see but not say, out of fear or concern about who they might inadvertently offend. It is not my intention to offend; I am shining a light on the shadows hidden from the not-so-truthful light.

We must be sober that much of what has been labelled and called healing is another form of spiritual productivity, manifestation, packaged as care. But let me say this: It is far from anything that cares. It is just as ignorant (at times) and agenda-driven as anything else out in the market, built around getting bums on seats, sales in hand, and offers sold with the least effort. With clever words that strike right to the core, for those who feel vulnerable, looking for more. The spiritual business is big business; it is the new machine.

Embellished as another way to “fix” ourselves so we can finally be lovable, employable, and palatable.

But what if the true work isn’t to heal ourselves into socially acceptable versions of ourselves?

The outward appearance of balance, palatability, or perfection.

But to face ourselves with radical honesty?

What if the soul isn’t asking to be fixed?

But to be witnessed? To be alchemised. To be true. To be loved on the inside by you!

What if the quest was never about becoming pure —

But about becoming real?

The real you.

The one who knows themselves.

Who does not need to be told who they are?

The one who is heard, not just listened to.

Who is valued as themselves?

Who is witnessed and feels clear?

The one who can transmute, not through effort,

But through the quiet return to what was always whole.

The one who feels more whole, more complete, because they stopped trying to reach for worthiness outside themselves, and remembered the truth that always lived inside.

No need to appease.

No need to perform.

Because they already know who they are, without needing applause.

My Book, Fatima’s Alchemy, Is Not a Healing Manual

Let me say it clearly:

My book is not a promise of transformation.

It’s not another chant in the temple of “fix thyself.”

It is a vision quest.

A story of a soul who dared to look inside

Not to clean herself up,

But to remember.

To transmute memory,

To burn through distortion.

To reclaim the essential parts that were always hers.

To discover and rediscover her essence after all the storms.

It will not heal you. It will inspire you.

It will liberate you. It will show what it takes.

It will not soothe your wounds.

It will invite you to stop pretending they don’t exist.

It does not care whether you are healed.

It cares whether you are honest. If you decide to purchase the book, honesty with yourself is the key, as you will see.

This Is Soul Sobriety

Soul sobriety is not pretty.

It does not sell well.

It does not offer a five-step approach to manifestation.

It will not get you likes.

But it will get you clear.

Clear enough to stop begging life to reward your effort.

Clear enough to stop kneeling at the altar of performance.

Clear enough to know you are not here to prove your purity.

You are here to stand in your essence

Even if no one claps.

Even if no one comes.

Even if the reward never arrives.

I am not disillusioned.

I am clear.

I am sober.

And I will never again confuse productivity with purity,

Healing with wholeness,

Or approval with love.

If that makes me difficult, then so be it. I cannot lie to sell or be seen. My alignment is with integrity, as it has always been, because I’ve seen how damaging it can be when you're sold something that’s not sincere. And yet you wanted to believe.

Let this be the start of a new gospel:

Not one of light and love —

But one of fire and truth.

You do not need to heal to be whole.

You only need to remember who you were

Before the world told you

You were broken.

You do not need to heal yourself.

You are not broken.

You are here to know yourself —

and to be seen, fully, as yourself.

There is no shame, no guilt, no wrong or right —

just you, as your whole self.

Because when you feel whole,

Your heart is intact,

And your soul fully remembers

Why is it here?

And I am here to walk with you —

As one who knows.

I have seen and heard it all.

And now, I know what is true.
