The Soul of Living Whole.

This year, I plan to let go of judgment and stop striving for perfection. Instead, I will aim for wholeness starting with self-love. The past cannot be changed, but today is important. Each day begins with a loving thought, no matter how small. Nurture it daily with love, and it will grow into a deep feeling. Your heart will expand, your soul will shine, and your energy will transform your life. Energy moves where focus goes, so direct your intention toward pure, unconditional love. Love's perspective will make everything seem more positive. Give this love to yourself.

In relationships, we often confuse ourselves because we fear being alone until we find what we need and enjoy in a healthy partnership. We settle for less to avoid facing our fear of being alone. Letting fear guide us keeps us in constant fear. But when we have the courage to stay true to ourselves and wait for what we truly want, it appears. We can attract exactly what we believe we deserve, as long as we genuinely believe we deserve a supportive, loving relationship with ourselves and others. Then, it will happen. The key question is: what do you believe you deserve? What are you creating that causes pain and drama? Examine your thoughts and beliefs to see how they shape your reality. Change your thinking, and your life will change.

Handmade items are becoming rare, and so is the concept of ‘soul’. We often shop to conform and maintain a sense of belonging, but rarely consider our own happiness. It encourages us to connect with the core of everything, to see the beauty surrounding us and to ask meaningful questions: Are we truly delighted? If not, start exploring what happiness genuinely feels like. What does it mean to be satisfied and at peace?

There is a compelling need for us to prioritise simple pleasures and immerse ourselves in the delights of love, texture, colour, shape, feelings and sensations. We are opening ourselves to discovering the artisan who values the craftsmanship of handmade items, an art form that promotes a balanced life rather than excess. This vision is harmonious and enriches us all.

I have recently discovered the current fashion market and the pursuit of superficial fulfilment. It is a product or thing that cannot make one feel whole. The world is currently in a crisis, struggling to find meaning through any means possible, often masking external appearances with an illusion of inner fulfilment. This leads to a loss of connection with one’s heart, soul and environment, resulting in a superficial pursuit of fleeting desires.

At the same time, significant needs are often overlooked because of a failure to recognise the bigger picture and to live authentically as multi-dimensional beings. Instead of serving our five senses, we are now asked to serve a greater whole, develop a sixth-sensory awareness, and question our intentions. This process can lead to a deeper understanding of fulfilment and happiness.
